About Us

Falls Brook is the name given to the legal subdivision of "Sugar Creek Section 1" in Fairfax County, Virginia. We are 52 homes situated along the Sugarland Run, a tributary of the Potomac River; but where we are, the "run" is just a "creek." See the following maps to orient yourself.

On a clear day, you can see forever. This is a Google satellite map of our community. The area is zoned "R-1" for "Residential," lots of 1 acre. We all exist on about half acre lots, however, with the remainder dedicated to common area. Part of the Fairfax County walking trail system runs behind the development, and connects with the extensive trail system County-wide.
